Please note that this shop is not liable for any tariffs, fees, customs, taxes, etc. These are your responsibility alone. No blanket refunds are given for refused packages. I will try to work with you but on a case by case basis. Please be aware of your countries laws & taxes.

 


RETURNS

If you don’t love your art, I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you bought from my shop, I guarantee money return with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
– the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, UNUSED;
– for US buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item;
– for Europe and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days.
– If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
– This does NOT apply to custom-made, digital or personalized items.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was mailed to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable products
* Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
